PUZZLE #5

There are four webpages that must be unlocked with four numerical combinations. Each website is derektaylorkent.com/xyz.  xyz = a three-digit unknown number. The three variables can be discerned from the puzzle below, which contains 12 images.  

The 12 images must be grouped in appropriate groups of three.  The numbers from the four groupings of three pictures can be used to access the four webpages. The order of the numbers is as they appear. 

Up to three hints are available for this puzzle, but they will cost you 1,000 points each from your score. 

One of the four webpages will reveal your next set of instructions, the point value, and the fifth task.

The other three pages will reveal the grand prizes that you have been competing for this whole time.
